摘要
目的:观察萆薢渗湿汤联合西药常规治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:采用萆薢渗湿汤联合盐酸左旋氧氟沙星胶囊、特拉唑嗪片治疗389例慢性前列腺炎患者,观察临床症状改善情况。结果:临床治愈98例(25.19%),显效227例(58.36%),有效49例(12.60%),无效15例(3.85%),总有效率为96.15%。疼痛不适症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分治疗后均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萆薢渗湿汤辨证论治联合盐酸左旋氧氟沙星胶囊、特拉唑嗪治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效显著。
Objective： To survey curative effects of Bi Xie Shen Shi Tang combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods： All 389 patients were differentiated and administered with Bi Xie Shen Shi Tang, levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules and terazosin tablets, and the improvements of clinical symptoms were observed. Results： There were 98 cases cured（25.19%）, 227 cases markedly effective（58.36%）, 49 cases effective（12.60%）, 15 cases ineffective（3.85%）, total effective rate was 96.15%. Pain and discomfort symptom scores, urination symptom scores and quality of life scores improved apparently after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Syndrome differentiation and treatment of Bi Xie Shen Shi Tang combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules,terazosin tablets could obtain notable effects in treating chronic prostatitis.
