摘要
目的:探讨头针联合经颅磁刺激对脑瘫患儿认知功能的影响。方法:将60例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均给予认知知觉功能障碍训练,观察组同时给予头针结合经颅磁刺激治疗。结果:独立功能评分和粗大运动功能评分以及Gesell量表各项指标治疗后2组均明显改善,观察组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针联合经颅磁刺激有助于脑瘫患儿认知功能的恢复。
Objective： To explore the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation（TMS） on cognitive ability of the children with cerebral palsy. Methods： Sixty children were randomized into the observation group and the control group. And they were given the training of cognitive dysfunction, and the patients in the observation group were treated with scalp acupuncture combined with TMS. Results：Independent function scores,gross motor function scores and the indexes of Gesell scaling improved notably after treating in both groups,the improvement of the observation group was more evident（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Scalp acupuncture combined with TMS is helpful to the recovery of cognitive ability of the children with cerebral palsy.
