中药内服外敷治疗流涎患儿40例

Treating 40 Children with Salivation by Oral Administration and External Use of Herbs

目的:观察健儿清解液、参苓白术颗粒内服联合桂香膏双脚涌泉穴贴敷治疗小儿流涎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各40列。2组均口服健儿清解液与参苓白术颗粒,观察组同时以桂香膏双脚涌泉穴贴敷。观察2组患儿治疗前后临床症状及TDS分级改善情况。结果:总有效率观察组为92.50%,对照组为60.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DS为I级、Ⅱ级的患儿例数2组治疗后与治疗前比较,差均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健儿清解液、参苓白术颗粒内服联合桂香膏双脚涌泉穴贴敷治疗小儿流涎临床疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jian Er Qing Jie liquid and Shen Ling Bai Zhu granules combined with acupoint application of Gui Xiang paste on Yong Quan points（KI1） of the both feet in treating the children with salivation. Methods： Eighty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given Jian Er Qing Jie liquid and Shen Ling Bai Zhu granules, and the observation group accepted acupoints sticking by Gui Xiang paste on both Yong Quan points（KI1）. The clinical symptoms and TDS classification improvement conditions of both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50% while the control group was 60.00%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The differences were statistically significant in the comparison of the cases in DS I and Ⅱbetween both group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）; the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of both groups after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral administration of Jian Er Qing Jie liquid and Shen Ling Bai Zhu granules combined with acupoint application of Gui Xiang paste on Yong Quan points（KI1） has definitely curative effect in treatment of salivation in children.
