弹力绷带固定静脉留置针在意识障碍患者中的应用

The Effects of Pressure Bandages on Fixing Venous Indwelling Needles of the Patients with Conscious Disturbance

目的:探讨在意识障碍患者中弹力绷带固定留置针的应用效果。方法:将140例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用常规固定方法;观察组使用常规固定加弹力绷带外固定的方法。观察2组留置针留置时间、穿刺率、静脉炎发生率及非计划拔管率。结果:留置针留置时间观察组长于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),贴膜卷边率、针头脱出率、静脉炎发生率、非计划拔管率观察组均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在意识障碍患者静脉留置针固定时巧用弹力绷带,可增加留置针的留置时间,减少贴膜卷边、针头脱出、堵管、反复浪费胶布、静脉炎非计划拔管等现象。

Objective： To explore the effects of pressure bandages applied to fix the indwelling needles of the patients with conscious disturbance. Methods： All 140 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 70 cases each group. The control group adopted conventional fixation method, and the observation group used conventional fixation method and external fixation by pressure bandages. Indwelling time of indwelling needles, puncture rate, the incidence of phlebitis and non planned tube drawing rate of both groups were observed. Results： The observation group was longer than the control group in the indwelling time of indwelling needles, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The observation group was lower than the control group in foil curling rate, the needle dropping rate, the incidence of phlebitis and non planned tube drawing rate, and the difference presented statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of pressure bandages in fixing the indwelling needles of the patients with conscious disturbance could increase the indwelling time of indwelling needles, reduce the problems of foil curling, needle dropping, tube obstruction, wasting of adhesive plaster repeatedly, phlebitis and non planned tube drawing.
