星形细胞上调基因-1及细胞核增殖抗原在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

The expression and clinical significance of astrocyte elevated gene - 1 and proliferation cell nuclear antigen in esophageal squamous carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)及细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)在食管鳞癌中的表达和临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测56例食管鳞癌组织和相对应的56例正常食管组织中AEG-1及Ki-67蛋白的表达,并分析其表达与食管鳞癌临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果免疫组织化学结果显示AEG.1在食管鳞癌组织中阳性表达率(73.21%)显著高于正常组织(5.36%),两者表达差异有统计学意义(,=54.053,P〈0.01)。AEG-1表达与患者的性别和年龄无明显相关(P〉0.05),但与组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期均密切相关(P〈0.05)。Ki-67在食管鳞癌组织中阳性表达率(67.86%)显著高于正常食管黏膜组织(3.57%),两者表达差异有统计学意义(,=50.400,P〈0.01)。Ki-67表达与患者的性别和年龄无关(P〉0.05),但与组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期均密切相关(P〈0.05)。AEG—l和Ki-67表达的相关性分析结果表明,AEG-1及Ki-67在食管鳞癌组织中的表达强度呈正相关(r=0.792,P〈0.01)。结论AEG-1和Ki-67在食管鳞癌组织中的高表达可能与食管鳞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移密切相关。 Objective Our research attempts to study the expression and clinical significance of astrocyte elevated gene - 1 ( AEG - 1 ) and proliferation cell nuclear antigen ( Ki - 67 ) on human esopha- geal squamous cell carcinoma, The findings may provide the theoretical basis for molecular target therapy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expression of AEG - 1 protein and Ki - 67 protein was detected in 56 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and paired normal esophageal epithelial tissues by immunohistochemistry method, and the relationship between AEG - 1 protein and Ki - 67 protein expression and elinicopathologieal features of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was investigated. Re- suits The results of immunohistoehemistry in that positive expression rate of AEG - 1 protein in esophage- al squamous cell carcinoma tissues (73.21% ) was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal epi- thelial tissues (5.36%) , with a significant difference between two groups (2"2 = 54. 053, P 〈 0. 01 ). AEG - 1 protein expression was not associated with patients' sex and age ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but closely related to histogieal grade, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results of immunohistoehemistry demonstrated that positive expression rate of Ki -67 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues (67.86%) was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal epithelial tissues ( 3.57% ) , with a significant difference between two groups (X2 = 50. 400, P 〈 0. 01 ). Ki - 67 protein ex- pression was not associated with patients' sex and age ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but closely related to histogical grade, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P 〈 0. 05). The results of correlation analysis of AEG - 1 protein and Ki - 67 protein expressions demonstrated that the expression of AEG - 1 protein and Ki - 67 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues displayed positive correlation ( r = 0. 792, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Overexpressions of AEG - 1 protein and Ki - 67 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues may be closely associated with the occurrence, development and progression of e- sophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
