摘要
目的法舒地尔对新生内膜中正五聚体蛋白3表达的影响。方法20条犬分为对照组、支架治疗组和支架±药物治疗组,观察3组新生血管内膜中正五聚体蛋白3的表达。结果3组支架治疗前和治疗后血管面积狭窄百分比[(57.34±20.22)%、(63.21±18.46)%、(12.02±4.12)%]、直径狭窄百分比[(36.42±16.31)%、(39.62±14.23)%、(6.15±1.37)%]差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3组血管正五聚体蛋白3的免疫组织化学检测结果(0.38±0.02、0.32±0.03、0.28±0.02)及蛋白表达量(1.96±0.22、1.48±0.41、1.31±0.15)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论法舒地尔治疗能够降低颈动脉粥样硬化狭窄支架治疗后血管正五聚体蛋白3的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of fasudil on neointimal pentraxin 3 expression. Methods 20 dogs were divided into control group, stent treatment group and stent ± drug treatment group, observed the neovascularization intimal pentraxin 3 protein levels of three groups. Results The difference of vascular stenosis area percentage [ ( 57. 34 ± 20. 22 ) %, ( 63.21 ± 18.46 ) %, ( i2. 02 ± 4. 12)%] and diameter stenosis percentage [(36.42 ± 16.31 )%, (39.62 ± 14.23)%, (6. 15 ± 1.37 )% ] in three groups before stentt treatment and after stent treatment were statistically significance (P 〈0. 05). The difference of the vascular pentraxin 3(0. 38 ±0. 02, 0. 32 ±0. 03, 0. 28 ±0. 02) and the expression of pentraxin 3 protein( 1.96 ± 0. 22, 1. 48 ± 0.41, 1.31 ± 0. 15 ) in three groups were statisti- cally significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Fasudil treatment could reduce carotid artery atherosclerotic stenosis stent vascular pentraxin 3.
