老年乳腺癌组织中激素受体与人表皮生长因子受体-2及特异性核基质结合蛋白表达的相关性 被引量:8

Correlation of hormone receptor expression with human epidermal growth factor receptor 22 and special AT rich sequence binding protein in elderly breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中激素受体(HR)与人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)、特异性核基质结合蛋白(SATB1)的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征问的关系。方法选取86例老年乳腺癌组织切除标本为观察组,42例远癌区距肿瘤切缘〉5cm的癌旁组织为对照组,检测其孕激素受体(PR)、雌激素受体(ER)、Her-2及SATBl蛋白的表达,对其HR(包括PR和ER)的表达与Her-2、SATBl及乳腺癌患者临床病理参数间的关系进行比较分析。结果观察组中86例乳腺癌组织,ER、PR、HR阳性率分别为51.16%、47.67%、59.30%,ER和PR的阳性率基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);乳腺癌患者ER和PR表达与在肿瘤大小、组织学类型、TNM分期和有无淋巴结转移等临床病理特征无明显相关(P〉0.05);在年龄分级和肿瘤分级方面,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);乳腺癌组织中HR的表达与Her-2(r=-0.388,P〈0.01)、SATB1(r=-2.502,P〈0.05)及Her-2/SATBl(r=-0.435,P〈0.01)双阳性表达均呈负相关。结论HR与Her.2、SATBl在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关,乳腺癌患者HR阳性者相对预后较好,可能有相互联系的信号通路存在于三者问。 Objective TO investigatethe reiationship or hormone receptor (HR) with human epi- dermal growth factor receptor 2 ( Her - 2), the special AT rich sequence binding protein ( SATB1 ) expres- sion and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Methods Eighty - six cases of breast cancer tissue specimens served as the observation group, and 42 cases of paracancerous tissues far away from the tumor margin 〉 5 cm as the control group. The progesterone receptor (PR), estrogen receptor (ER), expres- sion of Her-2 and SATB1 proteins were detected. The relationship of HR (including PR and ER) with the expression of Her- 2 and SATB1 proteins and clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer patients was analyzed. Results In the observation group, ER, PR and HR positive rate was 51.16%, 47.67% , and 59. 30% respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of ER and PR ( P 〉 0. 05). The ER and PR expression in breast cancer patients was not obviously correlated with tumor size, histological type, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〉 O. 05 ), but with age and tumor grade ( P 〈 0. 05). The HR expression in breast cancer tissues was negatively correlated with Her - 2 ( r = - 0. 388, P 〈 0. 01 ), SATB1 ( r = - 2. 502 ,P 〈 0. 05 ) and Her - 2 / SATB1 ( r = - 0. 435 ,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion HR is negatively coreelated with Her- 2 and SATB1 expression in breast cancer tissues. The prognosis of breast cancer patients positive for HR was relatively good. Theremay be inter - related signaling pathway existing among the three parts.
