肿瘤发展过程中间充质-上皮转化的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 间充质-上皮转化(MET)与其相反过程上皮-间充质转化(EMT)共同参与细胞可塑性的调节,使其保持相对平衡,并且在胚胎发生和肿瘤进展等方面起至关重要的作用。肿瘤发展过程中的MET与肿瘤转移灶的形成密不可分,这其中涉及众多与MET相关的分子蛋白、细胞间的相互作用、肿瘤干细胞以及肿瘤微环境等方面的内容。我们从与MET相关的细胞表型、分子蛋白、肿瘤干细胞以及肿瘤微环境等方面进行深入探讨,综合MET在肿瘤发生过程中的最新研究进展,将对寻求关键靶点来抑制肿瘤细胞的运动与转移能力和实施有效的治疗方案起到重要的理论指导意义。 Transitions between epithelial and mesenchymal states [ mesenchymal to epithelial transition (MET) and epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) ], which alter the motility of cells during development, have an important role in embryonic development and tumor progression. The MET is highly correlated with tomor metasta- sis, the precise molecular mechanisms cantain protein, cell - cell interaction, cancer stem cells (CSCs) and tumor mi- croenvironment. This review summarize relevant mechanisms and explore latest research to further ivestigation.
