摘要
上海虹桥核心商务区属于航空管控区,建设规划在此地的楼宇均不得超过24 m限高。为了合理提高容积率、进一步扩大建筑使用面积,一些企业纷纷谋求地下空间的建设。结合工程实例,介绍了临空区域深基坑的分区开挖及支护的方案设计及施工技术。通过对航空管控区内的深、大基坑的科学施工进行总结,以期为类似工程提供经验借鉴。
Shanghai Hongqiao Core Business District belongs to aviation control area, therefore, buildings to be planned and constructed in this area shall not exceed the permitted height of 24 m. In order to increase floor area ratio reasonably and expand usable construction area, some companies often seek for underground construction. Based on this airport deep foundation pit project, this paper introduces the partitioned excavation, the scheme design of supporting system and relevant construction technology. Through the summary of scientific construction of deep and large foundation pit in aviation control area, we'd like to provide some experience and reference for similar projects in the future.
