摘要
综合应用物联网、水力学仿真模拟、大数据分析、地理信息系统等智能化技术,是实现城市传统排水生产运行管理模式由经验向数据、被动向主动、粗旷向精细、人工向智能转变的重要技术途径。结合宁波市城市排水有限公司的智慧排水建设实践,介绍了城市排水系统智能运行管理平台的设计思路、内容组成和实施效果。该系统成功经受住了2014年和2015年两次超级台风的考验,主城区下穿立交和主要干道没有出现大面积严重内涝积水。
Integrated application of smart technologies, such as IOT, data analysis and geographic information system is an important way to change hydraulics simulation, big traditional drainage opera- tion and management mode into smart mode from experience to data, passive to active and rugged to fine. Combined with the practice of smart drainage construction in Ningbo City Drainage Co. Ltd., the design idea, content and implementation effect of the smart operation and management platform of urban drain- age system were introduced. The system successfully withstood the two super typhoon tests in 2014 and 2015, and large area of severe waterlogging under overpasses and on main roads did not happen.
