通过论述对纽约进行绿色基础设施规划时所采用的方法,探讨了绿色基础设施规划中应考虑的设计因素。纽约南岸长岛区域受飓风破坏严重,作为纽约社区重建计划的一部分,基于绿色基础设施开发的综合规划包含愿景展望、基础设施与风险评估、必要性与机遇分析、长期弹性策略、寻求融资的基础设施项目开发与优化。项目分析了海平面上升、降雨强度增强对社区基础设施带来的风险,并且识别出应对的长期弹性策略。绿色基础设施的应用为弹性建设提供了可行性。同时简述了该规划设计方法在中国海绵城市规划设计中的应用及建议。
The process to develop green infrastructure the design considerations in a green infrastructure planning planning in New York were discussed. New south shore was severely impacted by Superstorm Sandy. As part of the NY Rising was described, and York Long Island' s Communities Recon- struction program, the green infrastructure-based comprehensive planning process included community vi- sioning, asset and risk assessment, needs and opportunities analysis, strategies for long-term resiliency, and the development and refinement of capital projects for potential funding. The project included analy- sis of the risks associated with sea level rising and heightened storm intensity on community assets, and i- dentifying strategies for long-term resiliency. The application of green infrastructure provided a viable op- tion for resiliency. The application of this planning framework was also briefed for master planning of sponge city in China.
