高精度腹腔灌注化疗患者血清中miR-409-3p表达水平与胃癌预后的关系

Relationship between expression levels of serum miR-409-3p after hyperthemic Intraperitoneal chemotherapy and the prognosis of gastric cancer

目的探讨高精度腹腔灌注化疗(HIPEC)治疗后血清miR-409-3P表达水平与胃癌预后的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测高精度腹腔灌注化疗后血清miR-409-3p表达水平,并分析其胃癌预后的关系。结果高精度腹腔灌注化疗后血清miR-409-3p低表达量组中位生存期低于高表达量组中位生存期,差异认为有统计学意义。结论血清miR-409-3p可能成为评估预后的生物标志物。

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression levels of serum miR-409-3P after Hyperthemic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy（HIPEC） and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods The serum expression levels of miR-409-3p after HIPEC was examined using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and analyze the relationship between levels and prognosis of gastric cancer.Results The high expression group tended to have longer median survival time,compared with the low expression group,P=0.003.Conclusion The expression levels of serum miR-409-3P after HIPEC may become biomarkers of evaluate prognostic of gastric cancer.
