血液透析室医疗垃圾处理过程中预防针刺伤的流程管理

Procedure management of needle stick injury prevention of medical waste disposal in hemodialysis room

目的探讨规范操作及工作流程对于血液透析室医疗垃圾处理过程中针刺伤预防的影响。方法通过对血液透析室2014年6105例次血液透析进行统计分析,制定医疗垃圾处理的规范操作及工作流程,并将此规范流程在2015年9471例次血液透析中予以实施,观察其对预防医疗垃圾处理过程中医务人员发生针刺伤的效果分析。结果 2014年医疗垃圾处理过程中,护士、护理员、工人的针刺伤发生率分别为0.3‰、0.5‰、0.5‰,护士、护理员、工人的针刺伤发生环节分别是医疗垃圾的转运、处理和运输。以此结果制定医疗垃圾处理的规范操作及工作流程,应用此规范流程,2015年医疗垃圾处理过程中护士、护理员、工人的针刺伤发生率均为0。结论通过规范操作及工作流程可以有效地减少针刺伤发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of standard operation and work procedure in the process of medical waste disposal on the prevention of needle stick injury.Methods A total of 105 cases in hemodialysis room in 2014 were collected.We made the standard procedure and work process of medical waste disposal and enforce the standard procedure in the 9471 hemodialysis cases in 2015.Observe and analyze the effect to prevent needle stick injury on medical staff during the medical waste disposal procedure.Results The incidence rate of needle injury during the procedure of medical waste disposal in 2014,to nurse was 0.3‰,care worker was 0.5‰ and worker was 0.5‰,the part of procedure that injury occurred was transport of medical waste,medical waste disposal and carriage.Against this result make the standard procedure and enforced it,the rate of needle stick injury was 0 in nurse,care worker and workers.Conclusion Standard operation and work procedure can decrease the rate of needle stick injury effectively.
