新常态下贵州大学生创业心态调查报告

Under the New Normal College Students in Guizhou Entrepreneurial Attitude Survey

目前,许多学者对创新创业进行相关研究,有的是从环境因素,有的是从教育体系,有的从国家政策,以上因素仅是对创业发展的外因的研究。本文从创业影响因素的内因出发,即创业认知,包括对创业本身的认知、对自己创业能力的评估、创业者主观的社会支持及创业者心理特征,是否创业等方面进行分析,整理出关于大学生创业认知的问卷并对贵州大学生作为被试进行调查。结果发现,目前大学生有主动创业意愿的普遍较少;对创业本身的认知较为片面;主观的社会支持度较低;对自己创业能力的评估上有意愿创业和没有意愿创业者区分度不明显。由此提出在今后的大学生创新教育过程中要进行一系列的改革活动。

The state, society, market for innovative talents is are thirsty, but according to the survey, college students entrepreneurial failure rate is higher. Many scholars research of innovative entrepreneurial, have a plenty of from environmental factors, or from the education system, from national policy, the above factors is only part of the external cause to the development of entrepreneurship research. The author from the internal cause of influencing factors, namely the entrepreneurial cognition, including the cognition of the startup, the assessment of their own business ability, entrepreneurs to subjective social support and psychological characteristics, and analyzes whether entrepreneurship, sorting out the questionnaire about college students＇ entrepreneurial cognitive and investigating the Guizhou university students as subjects. The results show that the current college students have less common active entrepreneurial intention; The cognition of the startup is onesided; Subjective social support degree is low; For assessment of their own business ability, there are differentiation is not obvious intention entrepreneurship and didn＇t intend to entrepreneurs. Thus the author put forward in the future, in the process of college students＇ innovative education to conduct a series of reform activities.
