摘要
目的研究合肥市医生绩效评价满意度影响因素,为医院管理者完善绩效评价体系提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对合肥市医生的绩效评价满意度进行问卷调查。结果合肥市医生对绩效评价总体满意度一般,尚未达到满意标准,仅有25.9%的医生对绩效评价感到满意,医生对绩效评价各维度的满意比例均不足30%。不同性别、工作年限、月均收入医生之间满意度水平存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论健全绩效评价的沟通反馈机制,扭转岗位薪酬和绩效薪酬之间的失衡,对完善绩效评价体系和深化医院内部体制改革有着重要意义。
Objective Studying the influence factors on satisfaction of doctors'performance evaluation in Hefei to provide basis for improving the performance evaluation system. Methods Investigating the satisfaction of the doctors in performance evaluation in the form of questionnaire with the method of random sampling. Results 25.9% of the doctors were satisfied with the performance evaluation. The proportion of satisfaction on each dimension of the performance evaluation was below 30%. The satisfactions were different among doctors with different sex,working years and average monthly income, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Improving the feedback mechanism of performance evaluation and adjusting the salary structure timely has a far - reaching influence on perfecting performance evaluation system and deepening the reform of hospital internal mechanism in public hospital.
