Application of Plate Type Parts in Modern Panel Furniture Design

由于现代人对生活追求多样化和高质量,对家具的外表也非常重视。当今市场上的家具,大多数存在外形笨重、运输不方便等问题,难以满足现代家庭的需要。一个舒适、便捷、宜人、美观的人性化家具,对于大多数家庭来说已经变得非常重要。目前市场上的主流家具产品是板式家具,板式家具是以板式部件为基本结构单元的家具。板式部件作为板式家具的主体,是构成板式家具最主要的组成部分。在板式家具结构设计中,板式部件在现代板式家具设计中的应用是人们普遍关注的问题。本文对现代板式家具的形态设计、材料选用、装饰设计以及板式部件在板式家具设计中的制造工艺过程等方面进行分析,由此总结出板式部件在现代板式家具设计中的应用。

Due to the pursuit of diversification and high quality for living quality, the appearance of furni-ture has received great attention. Most of the furniture on the market can＇t satisfy the needs of the modernfamily attributed to bulky appearance and inconvenient transportation. The humanized furniture character-ized by e.omfortable, convenient, pleasant, and beautiful have become very important for most families. Asthe mainstream product in the current furniture market, the panel furniture has a fundamental feature oftaking plate type parts as basic structural unit. The plate type parts are the most important parts of panelfurniture. The application of plate type parts in the modern furniture design has been paid close attentionin the structural design of panel furniture. On the basis of the analysis of modern panel furniture shape de-sign, the characteristics of plate type parts in aspects of material selection, decoration design, and manu-facture process were explored. The new design concept was put forward with a view to promote the devel-opment of modern furniture.
