摘要 对杉木和青杨进行阻燃和未阻燃处理,并利用锥形量热仪对其进行燃烧性能测试,分析木材在阻燃处理前后燃烧性能的变化规律。并通过改变锥形量热仪初始值大小来研究不同热通量对未经阻燃处理青杨的燃烧性能影响。试验表明,经阻燃处理的木材在实验中没有出现有焰燃烧,和未阻燃处理木材相比,其热释放速率显著降低,产烟量也明显下降,提高了其在应用时的防火性能和安全性能。两种未阻燃处理的木材热释放速率曲线都有两个波峰,而阻燃处理木材无明显波峰,燃烧曲线呈缓慢增长趋势。研究还发现未经过阻燃处理的青杨,其热通量与点燃时间存在一定的指数关系。 By using cone calorimeter, the combustion performance of China Fir and Cathay poplar wastested before and after fire retardant treatment with a view to analyze its variation before and after the pro-cess. At the same time, cone calorimeter was also used to launch researches on the influence of differentheat influx imposed on the combustion performance of Cathay poplar before fire retardant treatment. Testsresults showed that the flaming combustion do not happen to wood with fire retardant treatment. And thefire-retardant-treated wood has a sharp decrease of heat release rate and smoke production in comparisonwith non-treated wood which improves its fireproof performance and safety performance in application.The heat release rate curves of both wood before fire retardant treatment have two crests while those of thetreated ones take a slow growth. The researches also find that there exists certain exponential relation be-tween the heat flux and ignition time for the Cathay poplar before fire retardant treatment.
