推拿结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Massage Combined with Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的:观察推拿结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者,随机分为治疗组(推拿结合电针组)、对照1组(电针治疗组)和对照2组(推拿治疗组)。治疗15次为1个疗程。观察治疗前后各指标。结果:疗程结束后,3组JOA评分、VAS评分和治愈率经统计学分析,治疗组与2个对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合电针的治疗方案,能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with massage on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods ： Patients were allocated into a treatment group a control group 1 and a conto｜ group 2 randomly. The treatment group was treated by massage combined with electroacupuncture treat- ment;the control group 1 was treated by simple acupuncture therapy; the control group 2 was treated by simple massage therapy. A course of treatment was 15 times. The main symptoms, physical signs ,the treatment effect of daily function index were observed after treatment. Results：It had a significant difference in statistics between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of two control groups. Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with massage can achieve a significant im- provement for lumbar disc herniation ,which can be widely applied in clinic.
