头穴丛刺结合悬吊训练治疗脑卒中患者平衡功能障碍的临床研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:观察头穴丛刺结合悬吊训练治疗脑卒中患者平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。两组患者均给予悬吊训练,治疗组在此基础上增加头穴丛刺治疗,每日1次,10天为一疗程,治疗3个疗程,疗程间休息2天。采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、简式Fugl-Meyer平衡功能量表(FMB)和Pro-Kin平衡测试仪分别对两组患者治疗前和治疗3个疗程后的平衡功能进行评定,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者Berg、Fugl-Meyer、运动轨迹长度及外周面积评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组Berg、Fugl-Meyer、运动轨迹长度及外周面积评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头穴丛刺结合悬吊训练可以有效改善脑卒中患者平衡功能障碍。 Objective: To observe the effect on the balance dysfunction of stroke patients treated by cluster needling scalp point therapy combined with sling exercise training. Methods:60 stroke patients were randomly divided into a training group ( n = 30 ) and a control group ( n = 30 ). The control group received continuous sling exercise therapy(SET) , while the training group received cluster needling scalp point therapy combined with SET. They were evaluated by Berg Balance Score ( BBS), Fugl - Meyer balance Score (FMB) and Pro - Kin balance assessment equipment before treatment, 30 days (particularly 1 time per day) after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between 2 groups(P 〉0.05 ) according to BBC ,FMB ,sway length and area before treatment. However,30 days after treatment, in the training group the score was increased more significantly according to the BBC and FMB than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the score of sway length and area in the training group was decreased more obviously compared with that in the control group, with a sig- nificant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Cluster needling scalp point therapy combined with sling exercise training can effectively improve the balance dysfunction of stroke patients
