热传导液馏程测定的若干影响因素探讨

摘要 分析了采用GB/T 6536-2010《石油产品常压蒸馏特性测定法》测定热传导液馏程的主要影响因素。试验结果表明,当使用电加热器时,加热丝距离蒸馏烧瓶底部高度应设置为0 cm为宜;应根据不同热传导液产品选择适当的加热温度;冷凝温度在30~60℃时,对热传导液馏程测定结果影响不大。 The article analyses main factors affecting the distillation range determination of heat transfer fluid with GB / T 6536- 2010 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure. Test results show that,when using electric heater,the height of heating wire to the distillation flask bottom should be set to 0 cm. The appropriate heating temperature should be selected for different heat transfer fluids. When the condensing temperature is between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃,there is little effect on the distillation range determination of heat transfer fluid.
