ATP生物荧光技术在手术器械清洗效果评价中的应用研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的用ATP生物荧光技术评价全自动手术器械清洗机对各类手术器械的清洗效果,比较不同评价方法的差异。方法采用肉眼裸视法、放大镜观察法与ATP生物荧光检测法监测各类手术器械清洗效果。结果共监测手术器械440份,肉眼裸视法合格率为96.36%,放大镜法合格率为95.68%。有320份样品同时进行了ATP生物荧光检测,合格率为87.81%。各类手术器械的合格率范围为50%~100%。结论 ATP生物荧光检测法是现场评价医疗器械清洗效果的一项快速、简便且有效的方法。 Objective To compare the difference in clean effect monitoring between ATP bioluminescence technique and other methods. Methods Naked eye observation,magnifying glass observation and ATP bioluminescence were used to monitor the clean effect of surgical instruments. Results 440 surgical instruments were examined by naked eye observation and magnifying glass observation,the qualified rate were 96. 36% and 95. 68% respectively. 320 surgical instruments were examined by ATP bioluminescence technique after the observational methods and the qualified rate was 87. 87%. The range of qualified rate was from 50% to 100% among the different kinds of surgical instruments. Conclusion ATP bioluminescence technique was a rapid,simple and effective method for monitoring the clean effect of surgical instruments.
