河南省医疗机构快速手消毒产品使用情况调查

Investigation on using status of rapid hand disinfectant in medical institutions in Henan

目的了解河南省医疗机构内快速手消毒相关产品的使用情况,以便加强管理。方法通过现场问卷调查方法,对河南省部分医疗机构中快速手消毒相关产品使用情况进行调查。结果在全省101家医疗机构中,收集到16家生产企业生产的18个品牌32种快速手消毒相关产品。抽取这些产品中171件,了解每个产品的配方成分、杀灭微生物类别和使用范围等方面信息。调查发现,手消毒相关产品中杀菌成分分别是醋酸氯己定、葡萄糖酸氯己定、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐、三氯生、乙醇、异丙醇和正丙醇等7种,多数产品均标明为醇复合物;有5种抗菌洗手液。结论河南省各级医疗机构所使用的快速手消毒产品品牌种类繁多,成分复杂,应加强对产品安全评价报告的审核。

Objective To know the usage status and strengthen management of hand disinfection related products in medical institutions of Henan. Methods Field questionare was used to survey the usage status of hand disinfection related products in medical institutions of Henan. Results 101 medical institutions were investigated,and 32 kinds of products from 16companies 18 brands were recorded by this research. From 171 products,information of gradient,bactericidal effect and usage were collected. The main germicidal gredient of these products were chlorhexidine acetate,chlorhexidine gluconate,polyhexamethyleneguanidine chloride,triclosan,ethanol,isopropanol and normal propyl alcohol. Most products were labeled as alcohol compounds,and 5 of them were antibacterial hand sanitizer. Conclusion Hand disinfection related products were wildly used for daily hospital infection control of medical institutions at all levels in Henan. We should strengthen monitoring of product safety assessment.
