经济社会的发展和城市功能的全面提升,使城市道路黑色化全面替代水泥混凝土路面成为今后一段时期内城市道路建设的主流方向。通过对"黑色化"过程中的重点问题进行分析研究,以期加强过程管理,提高工程质量。
