基于BIM的建设工程全过程造价管理研究

在市场经济体制不断完善的社会环境下,社会整体的消费水平也不断提高,与此同时,建筑行业的施工原材料、施工机械设备以及人工费用等也在不断提高,再加上现行的造价管理体制的不完善性、造价的有效性及信息化程度比较低等问题,造成工程建设项目整体的造价管理效果不是很理想,进而导致工程建设项目处在发展瓶颈期。BIM的应用能使建设项目中的参与方实现信息资源共享,进而提高整体造价管理能力。

Under the social environment of market economy continuously improved, the consumption level of society as a whole also constantly improve, at the same time, construction materials, construction machinery and equipment of the construction industry and artificial cost has been increased, coupled with the current cost management system imperfect, cost effectiveness and informationization level is low, caused by engineering construction project cost management of whole effect is not very ideal, causing bottlenecks in the development phase of the project construction project. The application of BIM enables participants to realize information resources sharing in a construction project, and improve overall cost management ability.
