摘要
通过混凝沉淀烧杯试验方法,对鞍钢西大沟生产废水进行絮凝剂筛选。试验结果表明:无机高分子混凝剂与有机高分子絮凝剂共同使用效果最佳。通过对比浊度和去油率,得出在三种有机高分子絮凝剂中,PAM-1的作用效果最显著。经试验确定PAC的最佳投加浓度为60 mg/L;PAM-1的最佳投加浓度为0.2 mg/L。
Flocculants for treating Angang Daxigou wastewater were analyzed and selected by coagulation-flocculation and sedimengtation breaker test. The results indicate that complex flocculants of inorganic high polymer and organic high polymer have the best effect. In three kinds of organic high polymer flocculants, PAM-1 has the best performance through comparing turbidity and oil removal. The optimal dosage of PAC is 60mg/L,and the optimal dosage of PAM-1 is 0.2mg/L.
