吸水性膨体的合成及其性能影响因素

摘要 针对钻井过程中的井漏问题,用水溶液聚合共聚交联法合成了吸水性膨体堵漏剂,并通过实验得到了该膨体的最佳合成条件为:AA/AM配比等于4、反应温度为41℃、合成时引发剂浓度等于0.25%、交联剂浓度等于0.1%。同时测定膨体的吸水指标,得出了温度及p H值对膨体颗粒吸水性能的影响。 Swellable-particle plugging agent for solving lost circulation problem was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization copolymerization crosslinking method. Through the experiments, the optimum synthesizing conditions were obtained as follows: AA/AM ratio 4, the reaction temperature 41 ℃, the initiator concentration 0.25%, and crosslinking agent concentration 0.1%. At last, absorption index of the swellable particle was measured; effect of the temperature and p H value on performance of water absorption was investigated.
