摘要
井底来的天然气含有水分、硫化氢、二氧化碳及其它杂质,为了满足后续工艺流程对天然气成分的要求,必须予以脱除。本文针对延长气田供气规模为2万方/天的单井净化工程项目,在分子筛脱水原理的基础上分析撬装式单井脱水装置的工艺流程及技术特点。通过对比介绍延长气田采用的几种常见脱水工艺,分析各自优缺点,对本工程脱水工艺做出合理性评价,对气田类似工艺设计具有借鉴意义。
Underground natural gas contains water, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other impurities, in order to meet the requirements of the follow-up process, the impurities must be removed. In this paper, aiming at single-well purification project with 20 000 m3/d scale in Yanchang gasfield, on the basis of the principle of molecular sieve dehydration, process flow and technical features of skid-mounted single well dewatering device were analyzed. By comparing several common dehydration processes, their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. At last, the rationality of the dewatering process for this engineering was evaluated.
