摘要 Alloy600是一种镍-铬-铁合金,其中镍元素的成分限值大于等于72.0%,铬的含量在14.0%~17.0%之间,铁的含量在6.0%~10.0%之间。Alloy600不仅具有非常强的抗氯化物应力裂变腐蚀能力,且在零下、室温及高温时都具有很好的机械性能和可加工性,使其可以进行各种冷,热加工,机加工和焊接。Alloy600的优秀性能使其广泛应用于石化工程装置中。 Alloy600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy, nickel element limit value is greater than or equal to 72%, the content of chromium is in the range of 14%~17%, iron content is in the range of 6.0%~10.0%. Alloy600 has very strong resistance to stress corrosion of chloride environment, and it has good mechanical performance and process ability, so that it can suit cold and heat processing, machining and welding. The excellent performance of Alloy600 makes it to be widely used in petrochemical plants.
