弯管成形工艺及管材弯曲特性的研究现状

Research on the Process of Tube Bending and Tubing Bending Properties

金属弯管广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车、船舶等制造业领域。对于金属弯管的研究目前主要集中在弯管成形工艺及管材弯曲特性的研究。在查阅广泛文献的基础上,首先分别详述了弯管工艺及其管材的研究现状,从而指出目前研究所存在的问题,最后对无模冷弯成形技术在今后研究方向做了综述。

Metal pipe is widely used in aviation,spaceflight,automobile,ship manufacturing,etc. At present mainly concentrated on the study of metal pipe bending is the process of tube bending and tubing bending properties. Firstly on the basis of extensive literature review,this paper details the pipe bending process and the research status of pipe respectively,and then points out the problems existing in the research institute,finally,reviews on future directions to relevant researches.
