摘要 圆柱齿轮减速器是各类机械设备的通用传动装置。为顺应设备轻量化趋势,论文通过对减速器物理模型的分析,以重量最轻为目标,建立对其进行优化设计的数学模型。利用Matlab编写内点惩罚函数法程序,并通过一定的策略,确定合适的初始罚因子,实现最优点求解。优化后的体积较传统设计大幅度减小,对同类齿轮减速器的设计有指导意义。 Cylindrical gear reducer is a universal transmission device for all kinds of mechanical equipment. In order to adapt to the light weight of equipment, this paper establishes the mathematical model of optimum design by analyzing the physical model of the reducer, taking the lightest weight as the target. Using Matlab to write the internal point penalty function method, and through a certain strategy, determine the appropriate initial penalty factor, to achieve the most advantage of solving. The optimized volume is greatly reduced compared with the traditional design, and it has guiding significance to the design of the same kind of gear reducer.
