电热断喙器烫头与夹持构件的设计和装配体的温度场研究 被引量:1

摘要 电热断喙器是一款专门为雏鸡断喙而设计的一套设备,断喙器烫头内镶有加热元件陶瓷加热棒,陶瓷加热棒正常工作时最高温度为800℃,而断喙器烫头用于断喙部位的温度要求是600℃,加热棒正常工作时,通过热传导传递到断喙部位的温度高于600℃时,可通过温度控制模块控制断喙部位的温度为600℃,但当传递到断喙部位的温度低于600℃时,则不能满足设计要求。与此同时,还要对烫头进行隔热处理,保证夹持构件温度低于120℃,为后续加装保护罩留出温度空间,否则通过热传导,带有高温的保护罩,将有可能烫伤操作人员,产生危险。通过利用SolidWorks热力分析,判断断喙器烫头及其夹持构件的设计是否满足设计要求。 Electro-thermal beak trimming is a set of equipment which is specifically designed for the chicks' beak breaking. The head of the beak trimming device inlay heating element that is called ceramic heating rod whose maximum temperature is 800 ℃ when it works. But the head of the beak trimming device's temperature requirement for the beak portion is 600℃. When heating rod normal working, we can control the temperature of the beak portion only in 600℃ though the temperature control module if the temperature is above 600℃ by heat conduction. But when the temperature of beak portion is below 600℃, it can't meet the design requirements. Meanwhile, in order to insure the temperature of the clamping components is below 120℃ we must insulate the head of the beak trimming device for acquiring temperature room in subsequent retrofitting shielding. Or operators are likely to be scalded with a heat shield by heat conduction at risk.After the thermal analysis using the Solid works, we can judge the design of electro-thermal beak breaking permed device and the clamping components whether meet the design requirements or not.
