自噬在多板层小体形成中的作用

Roles of autophagy in the MLBs biogenesis

摘要 自噬是一种存在于所有真核细胞中进化上高度保守的溶酶体依赖性物质降解过程,通过处理与回收细胞内异常的蛋白、核酸、糖原、细胞器等"废旧物",以维持细胞内稳态。多板层小体(MLBs)是Ⅱ型肺泡细胞所特有的一种细胞器,主要参与肺泡表面活性物质的储存与分泌,对肺结构和功能的维持十分重要。至今为止,MLBs的来源仍是未解之谜,但在自噬研究过程中发现自噬与MLBs的形成密切相关。本文就二者的关系作一综述。 Autophagy is a conservative and lysosome dependent catabolic pathway, exists in all eukaryotic cells, maintains intracellular homeostasis through degrading and recycling abnormal protein, nucleic acid, glycogen, lipid drop and organelles. Mutilamellar body is a specific organelle in alveolar type Ⅱ, mainly involved in the storage and secretion of pulmonary surfactant, being crucial for maintaining the lung structure and function. Up to now, the puzzle about the muhilamellar body formation is still unsolved, but it is demonstrated that autophagy refers to mutilamellar body biogenesis. This review here aims at explaining the extensional relationship betweem the autophagy and formation of muhilamellar bodies.
