摘要
超限结构建筑体型复杂、高度较高、平面不规则、刚度突变、竖向抗侧力构件间断、承载力突变等多种因素,需确定合理的抗震性能目标。本文结合诺金饭店项目,重点解析时程分析与中震设计等性能目标,明确相关概念设计,列举具体计算分析方法及构造措施,在规范的基础上加以理解运用。
It was necessary to confirm reasonable anti-seismic performance targets for the overrun structure due to a variety of factors such as the complicated shape of the building,high altitude,irregular plane,stiffness mutation,discontinuous component of vertical lateral force and mutation of bearing capacity. This paper,combined with NUO Hotel Project,mainly analyzed the time-history analysis and middle seismic design of performance goals,made clear the related concept design,and listed the specific calculation method and construction measures. Moreover,it was understood and applied on the basis of the specification.
