摘要
燕翔饭店改扩建项目首旅大厦结构形式为劲性混凝土框架核心筒结构,楼层截面为不规则多边形。通过采用钢筋桁架楼承板技术,将工厂化生产的钢筋桁架楼承板直接在钢梁上进行安装,进行钢筋绑扎、栓钉焊接后即可进行混凝土的浇筑,充分发挥了钢筋桁架楼承板兼有传统现浇混凝土楼板整体性好、刚度大、防水性能好,又有压型钢板组合楼盖无模板、施工快的优势,节省了支撑工序,施工便利,缩短工期,保证了不规则形状高层建筑劲性结构施工质量。同时,通过技术创新,将板与板的连接由单咬口变成双咬口拼接,较之常规的单咬扣拼接,更有效地防止混凝土漏浆,文明施工效果好。取得了较好的工期和成本效益,具有较好的应用前景。
Beijing Tourism Building of Yanxiang Hotel reconstruction project is a steel-reinforced concrete frame-core structure,and the floor section is irregular polygon. Through the use of steel truss floor slab technology,the industrialized steel truss floor slabs are directly installed in the steel beam,and the concrete pouring can be carried out after assembling and stud welding of the reinforcing bar,which gives full play to the steel truss floor slab with both the traditional cast-in-situ concrete floor's good integrity,stiffness and water proofing properties,and the advantages of pressure type steel-concrete composite floor's template-free and fast construction,it has the features of saving the support process,convenient for construction,shortening the construction period and ensuring the construction quality of irregular shape of the high-rise building. Simultaneously,through technological innovation,a single undercut is turned into double stitching by the connections between plates. It can effectively prevent leakage of concrete compared with conventional single snap stitching,and resulting in good civilized construction effect. It has achieved good construction period and cost benefits,and posses a wide application foreground.
