摘要
阐述了常用碎石装置的机械能碎石原理,泥水盾构碎石装置结构特点、工作原理及功能要求;同时对泥水盾构碎石装置颚板齿形进行了研究,收集了泥水盾构碎石装置常见故障;另外介绍了一种油管外置式泥水盾构碎石装置的设计,着重介绍了这种碎石装置的针对性设计解决现有技术存在的不足,提高产品可靠性,减少了碎石机发生故障的几率,降低维修成本及风险。
This paper expounds the general crushing mechanics of stone crusher,the structural characteristics,work principles and functional requirements of slurry shield crusher. At the meantime,the tooth form of crusher jaw plate for shield machine is concretely researched,and the common accidents for slurry shield crusher are received. In addition,a design of slurry shield crusher with external fuel pipe is introduced,and the key design points are majorly expressed for the existing technical deficiency,the improvement of product reliability and the reducing probability of malfunction for crusher,as well as maintenance and risk cost reduction.
