摘要
目的:探究银杏总黄酮对糖尿病肾病(DKD)大鼠体内非酶糖化终末产物(AGEs)水平的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组20只,对A、B两组腹腔注射链脲佐霉素(STZ)65 mg/kg以制备糖尿病肾病模型,C组不作处理,A组大鼠给予银杏总黄酮140 mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃,B、C两组给予相同体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,12周后处死大鼠并取大鼠肾皮质测定AGEs含量。结果:A组AGEs含量(138.71±37.20)AUF/mg、B组(253.12±54.75)AUF/mg,均明显高于C组(118.25±20.34)AUF/mg(P<0.01);且A组AGEs含量明显低于B组(P<0.01)。结论:银杏总黄酮可有效降低DKD大鼠体内的AGEs含量,并因此可降低DKD大鼠的尿蛋白含量。
Objective To explore the ginkgo flavonoids of diabetic nephropathy rats of enzyme glycosylated end products(which) the influence of the level. Methods The 60 rats were randomly divided into three groups A, B, C, with 20 in each group. For A, B groups, which were intraperitoneal injected of STZ(65 mg/kg) in the preparation of diabetic nephropathy model. Group A rat was filled with ginkgo flavonoids(140 mg/kg. D) into stomach, B and C was given the same volume of physiological saline lavage, and the content was determined in rat renal cortex. Results Group A(138.71 ± 37.20)AUF/mg, rats which content was lower than that in group B(253.12 ± 54.75)AUF/mg, but overtop C(118.25 ± 20.34)AUF/mg(P 〈0.01). ConclusionGinkgo biloba flavonoids can effectively reduce the diabetic nephropathy rats which content, and thus can reduce the urine protein of diabetic nephropathy rats.
