护理科研管理中SMART原则的应用

Application of SMART Principle in Nursing Research Management

目的:对护理科研管理中的SMART原则的应用效果进行评价分析,为今后的护理科研管理工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法:对过去单纯依赖经验管理的方法与手段进行改善,科学合理应用目标管理(SMART)原则,对护理科研实施管理,具体内容涉及目标制订、细化目标、修缮目标以及监督进程等。2012-2015年开展SMART原则后,本院护理人员在统计源期刊中发表的护理论文数量、质量进行统计分析。结果:2012-2015年,本院护理人员在统计源期刊中发表的论文数量、质量均明显上升,相对于应用SMART原则前发生显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:应用SMART原则对于护理科研管理具有重要意义,能够对护理科研管理质量、水平的提升产生有效的促进作用。

Objective To observe SMART principles application effect in nursing research management, and to provide valuable reference information for future nursing research management. Methods To improve the past experience relying solely on management methods and means by use of SMART principle, implementation and management of nursing research, particularly concerning the objectives to develop, refine goals, objectives, and supervise the renovation process and the like. 2012-2015 years, to carry out SMART principle, nursing staff in the statistical source journals published nursing papers quantity, quality statistical analysis. Results 2012–2015 years, nursing staff in the statistical source journals published papers quantity and quality are significantly increased, relative to the significantly increased（P〈0.05） occurred before the application SMART principle. Conclusion SMART principles for the management of nursing research is important, it is possible for the quality of nursing research management, enhance the level of an effective role in promoting, worthy of attention and promotion.
