Led by the chief of Administration, with the managerial staff going into the basic working units, oriented by “tackling the problem both from surface and from root” and combined with long term plan, Zhengzhou Railway Administration always carries out thorough safe operation check with passenger trains as emphasis and pushes forward the development of “standardize management, reinforce basis and achieve targets”. As a result, the equipment quality has been improved and the hidden perils have been removed, which contribute positively to the safe and stable operation.
