国家实施大学生资助计划,其本质是通过经济扶贫达到精神扶志的效果,实现资助育人的目的。要做好贫困女大学生的资助育人工作,应当在传统资助育人方式的基础上,根据贫困女大学生的心理特点,一是进一步丰富评定系统的内容,促进技术升级;二是实现教育方式的柔化和多样化;三是重视心理健康教育,在资助过程中做好心理疏导;四是根据不同学生和家庭的特点选择不同的资助方式等,以推动资助育人方式的改进和创新。

The purpose of university subsidization is to give financial assistance to students who have difficulty in paying tuition fees on the one hand, and to mentally strengthen their life goals and faith. It＇s important to combine both purposes, and is worth researching. According to the psychological features of subsidized students, this essay suggests new methods of subsidization, including enriching standards of assessment systems, upgrading and diversifying teaching patterns, emphasizing psychological education, providing different aids choices according to different characteristics of students and families so as to innovate the subsidization methods.
