妇联组织参与精准扶贫的路径探析

妇联组织作为党联系广大妇女群众的桥梁,在精准扶贫的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。当前,在扶贫过程中,妇联组织面临着参与地位边缘化、专业水平低端化、反馈渠道阻滞化等困境。其原因在于,一是社会性别意识的缺失,削弱了妇联组织的主体地位;二是政策财政投入不足,削弱了妇联组织的扶贫能力;三是制度管理失能,阻滞了妇联组织的扶贫渠道。因此,要大力弘扬社会性别文化,确定妇联组织主体地位;加大财政投入,提升妇联参与能力;继而完善制度保障,建立妇联组织的反馈机制。

Women＇ s organizations as a bridge between the Party and people play a pivotal role in poverty alleviation. At present, such organizations face marginalization, low professional capacity and block in feedback. The reason lies in society＇s lack of gender awareness, which has weakened the dominant position of women＇s federations; lack of investment in fiscal policy that has undermined the ability to alleviate poverty and properly manage related communicative systems. Therefore it is important to promote social gender awareness, identify the dominant position of the women＇s federations; increase financial investment, increase capabilities of women＇ s federations, improve security systems and establish a proper feedback mechanism.
