基于AHP的新疆高校附属医院科研人员绩效评价研究 被引量:1

Study on the performance evaluation of scientific research personnel in the Affiliated Hospital of universities in Xinjiang province based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 目的构建新疆高校附属医院科研人员绩效评价体系,确立各评价指标的权重。方法采用AHP分析方法,首先分析构成科研人员绩效评价体系的诸要素,建立递阶层次结构模型,然后建立判断矩阵,确定要素的相应权重,并计算构成科研人员绩效评价的各指标的总权重系数,最后对判断矩阵进行一致性检验。结果专家对各指标的赋值合理有效,指标相对重要性的两两比较是适当的。准则层的权重系数分别为0.07478、0.13004、0.33681、0.45836,并计算得出各指标的总权重系数,构建了新疆高校附属医院科研人员绩效评价模型。结论运用AHP分析方法构建的新疆高校附属医院科研人员绩效评价体系具有较高的可信度和可操作性,对进一步强化新疆高校附属医院科研人员队伍建设具有借鉴作用。 Objective To construct the performance evaluation system of scientific research personnel of the Affiliated Hospitals of Universities in Xinjiang, and establish the weights of evaluation indexes. Methods AHP analysis method was applied. Firstly, the elements of the performance evaluation system of scientific research personnel were analyzed, and the hierarchical structure model was established. Secondly, judgment matrix was established, the weights of corresponding elements were determined, and the total weight was calculated. Finally, a consistency test for the judgment matrix was conducted. Results It was reasonable, effective and appropriate for each index assigned by experts and the comparison between each two relative importance indexes. The weight coefficients of the criteria layer were 0. 07478, 0. 13004, 0. 33681, 0. 45836. The total weight coefficient of each index was calculated, and the performance evaluation model of scientific research personnel of the Affiliated Hospitals of Universities in Xinjiang province was constructed. Conclusions The evaluation system, constructed by using AHP analysis method, was reliable and operable, and had further reference value to strengthen the scientific research personnel team of Affiliated Hospitals of Universities in Xinjiang.
