摘要
"后MOOC"时代并不意味着MOOC的发展走向终结,高校战略联盟以自身的优势符合"后MOOC"时代的趋势走向。其主要的战略联盟路径可分为资源共享式、学分互认式、共同开发项目式和外部合作式,高校可根据具体联盟对象选择合适的方式与对策。然而,每种抉择的背后必然会考虑到若干相关问题,高校应从树立联盟思想、规划方案、建立组织机构、探索资金与政策支持等方面,以循序渐进与勇于挑战的态度促进"后MOOC"时代高校MOOC的新一轮成长。
The "Post-MOOC" era does not mean the end of MOOC development. By virtue of its own advantages, the strategic alliance of colleges and universities conforms to the trends of "Post-MOOC" era. The main path of strategic alliance include resource sharing, mutual recognition of credit, joined development projects and external cooperation, and colleges and universities can choose the appropriate ways and countermeasures according to the specific allies. However, there are some related issues to be considered following every choice. Colleges and universities should establish an ideology of alliance, prepare a planning scheme, set up an organization institution and explore funding and policy support in order to promote a new round growth of MOOC in the "post-MOOC" era.
