以“德”“得”伦理倚联思想构建高校学生就业诚信体系

The Construction of College Students' Employment Honesty System on the Basis of the Thoughts of Interlink of“Morality”and“Gain”

中国传统文化中的"德""得"伦理倚联思想是社会伦理价值精神合理性的生态整合点和互动点。高校毕业生须依托主体在知、情、意统一基础上内化外在的社会倡导性道德规范以成就和完善自我人格,形成高尚德性。学校建立毕业生求职诚信档案并将其纳入学校的网络化管理机制中,追踪毕业生的诚信就业状况,统摄高校毕业生在求职过程中的行为规范,形成毕业生就业监督机制。"德""得"相通呈现良性和谐的互动状态,既是一种伦理道德信念,也是一种让无德之人终将不得的世俗性践履。注重利益意识在主体的就业活动中发挥重要的引领功能和导向作用。整合作为他律机制的社会舆论和各方力量,加强作为自律机制的学生主体自身道德品质系统的建构,实现学生主体对道德规范他律性的认同和内化,并上升为其自身的善良意志,进而对就业的兴趣爱好和价值取向进行把握和掌控,并在两个机制良性互动过程中促进公正、和谐的社会伦理秩序的最终生成。

The interlink of ＂morality＂ and ＂gain＂ in Chinese traditional culture is the ecological integration and interaction point for the spirit rationality of social ethical value. Based on the unification of cognition, emotion and mentality, college graduates should internalize the exterior social-initiated moral rule to achieve and improve self-personality and form noble morality. U- niversities should establish the graduates＇ employment honesty archive and bring them into the universities ＇ network-based management system, trace the situation of graduates＇ employment honesty system, lead the code of conduct during the job seeking process and shape the gradu- ates~ employment supervisory mechanism. The interlink of ＂morality＂ and ＂gain＂ is the moral belief, also the secularity practice which the person without virtue can never gain. The leading and guiding role of benefit awareness in graduates＇ job seeking process should be emphasized. This paper insists the integration of social strengths as a heterogeneity system and the reinforcement of the construction of students＇ subjective moral character system as the self-discipline mechanism. The students＇ recognition and internalization of the heterogeneity of moral rule, and the benign interaction of the two mechanisms is beneficial for the generation of fair and harmonious social ethics order.
