摘要
随着经济和科技的不断发展与进步,采矿工程需求的人才已经不再是过去那种单一的专业型的人才,而且为了与传统的高等院校竞争,新建本科院校采矿工程专业必须要培养应用型人才。为此,通过分析工科应用型人才的特征,有针对性地对人才培养体系进行调整,制定符合社会需求和学校实际的应用型人才培养方案,并采用多元化的检验方式进行课程考核,结合对毕业生的寻访调查和课程结课成绩的比较,最终探索出能够适应当代应用型人才培养需要的新的人才培养方案。
With the development of the economy and constant progress of science and tecnnoto- gy, the social demand for mining engineering professionals is on a diversified trend, so singlefunctional talents can't meet the demand of a market economy. In the complicated competition environment, newly-founded colleges must build up the new theory of training applied talents in mining engineering. This paper analyzes the characteristics of applied talents in mining engineering, expounds the strategies of improving the training system of talents in great detail, formulates the applied talent training programs according with social demand and university reality, and conducts curriculum assessment in diversified checkout modes. Comparing the investigation of graduates with their courses grades, we put forward the new talent training program to meet the needs of applied talented people in the contemporary society.
