摘要
冷却水路设计直接关系到产品的成型周期以及温度分布,从而影响产品的收缩分布,最终影响产品的翘曲变形。通过Moldex3D模流分析软件,以深腔壳体塑件为例,分析随形水路和传统水路在注塑成型中的冷却及翘曲结果对比,并以此评估随形水路在实际应用中的优势。
The design of cooling water is directly related to the forming period and the temperature distribution of the product,so as to affect the shrinkage distribution of the product, and ultimately affect the warping deformation of the product. This article through Moldex3 D mold flow analysis software, to the deep cavity shell plastic parts as an example, analysis with conformal cooling and traditional cooling system in injection molding cooling and warping results. And thus to evaluate with the form of water in the practical application of advantage.
