摘要
阐述了喷丝头模具异型孔的加工方案设计研究。通过分析喷丝头模具异型孔的结构,提出了两种加工方案。针对方案出现的问题,分析原因并提出解决办法。对比两种方案,通过分析,比较合理性,第二种方案更好地解决喷丝头模具异型孔的加工,精度较好,方案可行。
In this paper, the study on the research of processing scheme about special shaped hole of is presented. By analyzing the structure of the special shaped hole of the spinneret mold, two kinds of processing schemes are proposed. The scheme have some problem, the analysis of the causes and the solutions is provided. Comparing the two schemes, through the reasonable analysis, the second scheme is better to solve the machining of the shaped hole of the spinneret mold.The accuracy is good,and the scheme is feasible.
