椭圆的比例系数法编程铣削加工

摘要 数控铣削手工编程中,常用参数编程(宏程序)的方法加工椭圆,探索一种新的椭圆编程加工途径——比例系数法编程加工。比例系数法是充分挖掘数控系统功能的新的数控加工方法,其巧妙使用比例系数指令,只用常规NC编程即可加工椭圆。比例系数法简便实用,有推广价值。 It' s the common parameter programming(macro program) method of processing the ellipses, in NC milling manual programming. However, in this paper, a new method of machining ellipse programming is explored, i.e. The Scale Coefficient Method programming processing. The scale coefficient method is a new numerical control processing method to fully excavate the function of the numerical control system. When suitably use of the scale coefficient instructions, we could use conventional NC programming to process the ellipse. The scale coefficient method is simple and practical,with the value of popularization.
