摘要
主要研究计算了压缩机换向阀工作过程中滑阀的稳态液动力。根据稳态液动力产生的工作不平稳性,提出增加弹簧钢珠定位和相应附属机构方案,并详细分析计算了改进方案中的各机构数值,确保方案可行。
The necessary conditions for the reversing valve regular work in the CNG compressor is investigated,flow force of the spool valve is calculated in this thesis. Aiming at the specific questions in operation of the compressor,improvement approaches are given,and the spring ball stop and the relative subsidiary structure are added. Meanwhile,all the numerical values of the improvements mechanism are calculated,in order to guarantee the applicability of plan.
