摘要
连杆是往复泵中的重要部件,承受交变载荷,易发生破坏。介绍了将力学和有限元分析相结合进行往复泵连杆强度分析的方法,以600型往复泵连杆为例阐述了力学分析和有限元分析的过程,结果表明,该连杆在排液工况下,大端与杆身过渡处的应力值为339 MPa,最大变形量为0.449 mm,连杆的刚度满足要求,强度裕量稍显不足,可对其进行结构改进。
Connecting rod as the most important part of reciprocation pump, which is prone to be broken under the effect of alternating load. In this paper, the strength analysis of Connecting rod applied to 600 reciprocation pump is achieved through the mechanics model and finite element method. The results show that, the stress of transition region between big end and shaft is 339 MPa in the condition of flowing back, the maximum deformation is 0.449 mm. Although the stiffness of connecting rod is enough, the strength is insufficient.The structure of connecting rod needs to be optimized.
