摘要
对滑行车类大型游乐设施"三环过山车"发生连接轴断裂事故进行全面分析研究。连接轴是连接过山车车辆之间的载体,是涉及过山车安全运行的重要部件之一。通过对连接轴结构型式的研究,分析失效原因并提出相应整改建议。研究结果为以后规避类似的风险提供了一定的技术保障。
A comprehensive research was conducted to analyzing the coupling shaft fracture of the large-scale amusement device "three ring roller coaster". The coupling shaft, which is one of the most important parts of the safety operation of roller coaster, is the connecting carrier of the roller coaster vehicles. In this paper,after analyzing the structure of coupling shaft,the reasons of failure were analyzed and the corresponding suggestions for improvement were presented. These results provide useful and technical information to managers for further preventing and minimizing the risk of roller coaster in China.
